The neighbourhood

Damac Hills is a new luxury residential community in Dubailand developed by Damac Properties. When it was being built it was marketed as "The Beverly Hills of Dubai". The residences are set around an 18-hole PGA championship golf course developed in collaboration with Donald Trump. The golf course opened in February 2017 and almost all the housing was finished by June 2020, although some communities were still under construction. Full completion was supposed to be in 2018. Damac Hills is a gated community with opulent villas and apartments dotted around the golf course and 400,000 square metres of parkland.

Smoking is prohibited inside our properties; guests can smoke in outdoor areas only (balconies, terraces)
- All our properties are part of residential communities, hence NO parties, gatherings or events are allowed!
- Children under 14 should be supervised at all times in all recreation areas.
